Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

iSEE Science Lab has automated and manual security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of customer’s data under our control. What data breach procedures we have in place
We have procedures to follow in the event of a data breach involving a customer’s personal information or other confidential information that is stored and maintained on personal computers, agency networks, or internet programs used by staff and volunteers of iSEE Science Lab. We have a cascade of responders, technical support and providers, and law enforcement supports to protect user’s data. In the event of a data breach or imminent breach of personal data, iSEE Science Lab has defined procedures to contain the data breach and minimize the extent of the intrusion, including disconnecting from networks and internet access, responders and technical work procedures to remove virus/malware and activating the protective software for further breach. IT support from the company will constantly review software, updates, and software/data protection programs to improve the security of the data and operating system to prevent incidents. Information related to the data breach will be documented on the incident log, repairs, or modifications implemented will be included on the log and kept in a secure location.

iSEE Science Lab has a website that includes links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
iSEE Science Lab follows with the best intention to meet children’s products policies outlined by CPSC.gov, including federal safety rules applicable to each scientific kit. A portion of kits is designed as ‘children’s product’ as they are a consumer product Using the four-factor analysis set forth above, if it is determined that the “kits” are designed and primarily intended for children 12 years of age or younger, then all elements included in the kit are considered “children’s products,” and they must comply with the standards. For example, a paper clip, ordinarily a general use item, included in a “magnet kit,” would be considered a children’s product when it is part of the kit. When manufacturers use component parts or materials not otherwise intended for children and they repurpose those parts or materials as components in their children’s products, those manufacturers become responsible for ensuring compliance with children’s product safety standards. Product Shipping Policy
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all products within the USA. The customers outside of the US will be charged with standard international shipping. The international bulk purchase should contact support@iseesciencelab.com for instructions.
Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing the iSEE Science Lab kit. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Customers should inspect the kit to make sure all parts of the kit are not damaged.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the customer must meet all requirements stated below. The product and all parts included in the kit must be UNUSED and NOT DAMAGED. All parts must be in the original packaging and the box. The proof of purchase and the returned product must be verified by our customer service department.We charge a 30% restocking fee from the final cost that the customer paid and refund 70% of the cost. Damaged part of the kit
If any part of the kit is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged part to, support@iseesciencelab.com We will send you a new part for the kit. Only one exchange is allowed per purchased kit.
No Refunds ONLY Exchange
We care about customer satisfaction with the kit and will do our best to resolve any issue with the kit. We do complete quality control and quality assurance for each kit before shipping. Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the condition of the returned kit. If your return is not approved for a full refund, then we will send you a replacement kit without the refund. Only one exchange is allowed per purchased kit.
Shipping of return product
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. This shipping cost is nonrefundable.
